For Sale signs will be placed. If the property comes on sale we will inform interested parties and accompany viewing. We are flexible and as such will be available after office hours. You will receive all details about viewings and advice throughout the sales process. We will examine any bids and will undertake, on your behalf, any discussions about the price. When agreement has been reached, we will examine the sales contract give our support throughout, right up to the actual conveyancing. This will include the control of the cancellation terms, the payment of deposit, the coordination of appointments and the formal inspection of the property, to name a few. Even after the sale we will be available.
